Kristie will consult with you in the early stage of the loan process to determine what type of financing will best suit your needs. In a high-trust interview, she will know how to structure her clients loan and how to integrate the loan that they select into their overall long and short-term financial investment plan to help minimize taxes, improve cash-flow and minimize interest expense.

Kristie Powell has been in the Real Estate Profession since 1992 and has been with Capital Line Financial since 1999. Kristie has been committed to staying on the cutting edge of Real Estate Finance and attends seminars and workshops on a regular basis. It is her goal to gather as much wisdom as possible and share the knowledge with her clients so they are well prepared for any opportunities that may arise.

Kristie has been married to her husband James or as she calls him, Jimmy since 1989. Jimmy came into the marriage with a beautiful daughter by the name of Brittany, who is now 22 years old. Together, Jimmy and Kristie have three children. Alexis Kaitlan 14, J.R. (James Ryan) 12 and Reid who is turning 6! Their kids are the love of their lives and enjoy hitting the road in their RV where they watch the dolphins play in the ocean and end the day with some of the most amazing sunsets ever seen.

Some of their favorite things to do are staying in their second home on the Colorado River where they tote the kids around on the wakeboard and take plunges in the refreshing water. They also enjoy their home in Silver Mountain where the town is quiet and the snow is perfect!
