The Pre-Approval process is not as difficult as one might think. With a quick interview and a few items faxed, the Kristie Powell Team can usually have a Pre-Approval faxed within an hour. We will be able to provide you with your credit rating, approximate amount you qualify for and a list of items needed to finish the formal approval process. The initial items needed by fax are last two years W2’s, most recent paycheck stub and a recent bank statement.
